    Full Paper Templates

 Word Template
Download the .doc version template from TMM_template.zip .  .
Please reproduce the required layout and appearance as closely as possible.

The authors of accepted abstracts  received an e-mail requesting the upload of their full length papers. Please check the status of your paper in My Account module ( see FAQ:  Status of Paper ).

The Proceedings of the Conference will be published as a book and therefore special attention needs to be paid to the formatting.
If English is not your native language, please ask a fluent English speaker to revise your paper.

The paper must have an even number of pages (4 or 6).

The maximum number of pages is 6 and it cannot be exceeded.

Papers exceeding the maximum number of pages cannot be included in the Proceedings.

Please upload your paper in  My Account module.

TMM 2016  draft full-paper must be submitted in PDF format.

Draft full-text paper (in PDF format) is intended for comments of reviewers and  editors. Authors will be acquainted with the comments and they could be asked to upload a corrected draft paper (in PDF format).

Final version. Once the paper is accepted the authors will be asked to upload a packet with a final version of paper. The packet will include a source file of the paper plus a pdf of the paper. The format of the source file can be Word.  The figures, tables, pictures should be supplied separately. Figures should be in a resolution of preferably 600 dpi. The PDF file is used as a print-out.

Filename of the uploaded Draft full-text paper PDF file should be:

YourSurname_FirstWordOfPaperTitle_01

YourSurname is the surname of the owner of account.
Paper is associated with the owner of account  (whatever sequence of authors). The owner of account is the author who created "My account" and who inserted the abstract of paper.

For example: the pdf file with a paper

P.R. Sulov, M. Klein : Theory of Machines and Mechanism
should be named as:
Sulov_Theory_01

Sulov = Surname of the owner of account
Theory = First word of title
01 = First version of paper

Whenever  you will be asked in future to insert the corrected paper during the review process, increase the end number of your file name by one -
for example:  Sulov_Theory_02,  Sulov_Theory_03 ....

Please be aware that the pictures in Proceedings will not  be coloured.
They will be printed in gray scale. Choose the colours of your graphs and figures appropriately . For detailed information about preparing illustrations, please check Springer artwork guidelines.

The figures will be printed in black and white, do not refer to color in the captions.
Only black and white will be shown in the print version, make sure that the main information will still be visible. Many colors are not distinguishable from one another when converted to black and white.
Do not use thin lines and/or lettering and check that all lines and lettering within the figures are legible at final size.
All lines should be at least 0.1 mm (0.3 pt) wide.
To add figure lettering, it is best to use Helvetica or Arial (sans serif fonts).  Keep lettering consistently sized throughout your final-sized artwork, usually about 2–3 mm (8–12 pt).
Variance of type size within an illustration should be minimal, e.g., do not use 8-pt type on an axis and 20-pt type for the axis label.
