The format of the source file can be Word.  The figures, tables, pictures should be supplied separately. Figures should be in a resolution of preferably 600 dpi. The PDF file is used as a print-out.

Filename of the uploaded Draft full-text paper PDF file should be:

YourSurname is the surname of the owner of account.
Paper is associated with the owner of account  (whatever sequence of authors). The owner of account is the author who created "My account" and who inserted the abstract of paper.

For example: the pdf file with a paper

P.R. Sulov, M. Klein : Theory of Machines and Mechanism

Whenever  you will be asked in future to insert the corrected paper during the review process, increase the end number of your file name by one -
for example:  Sulov_Theory_02,  Sulov_Theory_03 ....

Please be aware that the pictures in Proceedings will not  be coloured.
They will be printed in gray scale. Choose the colours of your graphs and figures appropriately . For detailed information about preparing illustrations, please check Springer artwork guidelines.

The figures will be printed in black and white, do not refer to color in the captions.
Only black and white will be shown in the print version, make sure that the main information will still be visible. Many colors are not distinguishable from one another when converted to black and white.
Do not use thin lines and/or lettering and check that all lines and lettering within the figures are legible at final size.
All lines should be at least 0.1 mm (0.3 pt) wide.
To add figure lettering, it is best to use Helvetica or Arial (sans serif fonts).  Keep lettering consistently sized throughout your final-sized artwork, usually about 2–3 mm (8–12 pt).
Variance of type size within an illustration should be minimal, e.g., do not use 8-pt type on an axis and 20-pt type for the axis label.
